1. Introduction
Welcome to Letter Club. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Letter Club service, including our website, applications, and other services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Letter Club and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Term and Termination

Termination by Letter Club
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Changes to Terms of Use
We may modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will provide notice, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on our website, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You and Letter Club agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Letter Club regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
